Darwin Bistro has Closed

As of Sunday night, Darwin Bistro has closed for business! The details are vague at the moment, but I assure you I'll post more information here as I get it. Hopefully Paul will stay in Omaha so we can continue to enjoy his food.

  • wow, that sounds like typical nebraska trailer trash. let me guess, the menu had too many big words? you couldn't understad why the butter didn't come in little aluminum foil packets? this is exactly why this place didn't make it. this is exactly why dicoppia didn't make it. there aren't enough people in omaha that understand food. there are just fat a$$es that want the run of the mill Applebees $hit. I'm sorry, "anonymous" but maybe you should step out of your mobile home and see the rest of the states, there is good food out there that doesn't rely on it's golden arches. you are a sad person.
